The admin interface is designed for intuitive navigation. A persistent sidebar menu on the left gives you quick access to all key areas:

Orders: Search for specific orders to view detailed information and status updates.
Returns: Get a comprehensive overview of all returns with key details including order number, return ID, QC status, variant ID, product name, tracking number, return type, status, quantity, and shipping provider.

Branding your portal

Make the return experience a seamless extension of your brand. Upload your logo and custom images directly through the admin interface and update themwhenever you like. This keeps customers within your branded environmentthroughout the entire return process.

Custom return reasons

Tailor return reasons to match your specific products and business model with complete flexibility. Set different return reasons for specific products or product types. Adjust reasons over time based on observed feedback patterns.

Language options

Choose the language your customers see in the Droppa interface based on your market. Droppa currently supports 18 languages, with more available on request, and automatically adapts based on the link used.

How it works:

When you add the Droppa URL to your website, the URL determines which language the portal will be displayed in. For example, an URL that includes  /eng will show the portal in English.

Please note! Make sure to use the correct language version of the link so theinterface matches the language your customers are already seeing on your website.
